Residential Water System
I am a logistics manager for a architectural and development firm. We currently have 3 projects in haiti. Each being 100 unit social housing, which are also self sustainable homes. We are looking to create a most cost effective sanitation system for these communities. We will be using a stormwater collection system which will be filtered to potable water and then we would like to pump this back for drinking use, as well as shower and sink use. We would like a system that either takes the risidual water and uses it to flush toilets, or use stormwater, pre-filter, for this, which will then be emptied into a septic system. As stated this is social housing so cost is important. We would like to minimize cost by putting as many homes on one system as possible. We basically need someone to design a cost effective system and to tell us what parts we need, as well as someone who can get us a complete package of materials to ship to haiti, as well as come down to haiti for a week or two to advise and guide in the building of these systems. We would prefer to build the septic tanks out of concrete to minimize cost. We would also like a labor intensive plan. The order is currently for 300 units however could be asked to create up to 3000 units. We need advisement and full specs, as this is not our forte.
