Our multi-national firm requires us-based experts in the target chilled food categories as per below, for their perspectives on growth:
-breads: rolls, baguette/loaves, sandwich bread, flatbreads (ex. Tortillas)
-ready-to- eat salads: grains, leaf
-ready-to- eat meals: prepared proteins, vegetable/grain sides, pasta meals
-ready-to- cook: raw proteins
-dips: hummus, dairy dips (yogurt, sour cream), salsas, avocado dips, other vegetable dips (e.G., eggplant, red pepper)
-soups (all varieties)
-desserts (cakes, cookies, pies, pastries)
-ready to eat grilled chicken
perspectives on who is driving the growth (which types of retailers / channels)
knowledge of who key manufacturers are and their strengths and weaknesses
understanding of route to market model model
understand who is winning and losing on supplier side
knowledge of what it takes to be successful etc
any grocery chain from trader joes to publix to k-mart to walmart to... ; ideally a buyer in chilled food but overall
food trading directors may still know something
any manufacturer of this kind of product
any trade association / expert / distributor of these categories

We are looking for a hands on ready meal consultant to help finish a 6 ready meal project.
This project is partially finished but we feel it needs an expert help to improve the small but good quality range.
