We are looking for an analytical assay qualification expert in the development of pharmaceutical and biotechnology processes to meet we acquire, assess, or rapidly and economically develop process technology or production capabilities needed. The expert would able to guide work for analytic assay qualification used for the clinical and commercial manufacture of therapeutic proteins. This expert will plan, provide protocols and advices in support of analytical assays qualification, include development of mass spectrometric techniques, chromatographic and electrophoretic methods, in vitro potency assays to support process development, quality control and physicochemical characterization of therapeutic antibodies and antibody drug conjugates. In addition, the expert knowledge in interim reference standard, glp toxicology (in vivo portion), lot release (qa & qc) and various regulatory submissions including ind, bla, impd, etc. This expert will also be expected to direct the technical activities of junior scientists. A hands-on, laboratory-based effort will be desirable.

i am looking for an expert in protein-ligand docking to assist me with a project. I wish to dock two ligands to the delta, mu and kappa opioid receptors (the crystal structures of these receptors are known and are available on rcsb pdb). I have experimental ic50 values for each of the 2 well-known ligands (structural analogues) interacting with with each of the 3 opioid receptors. I would like an expert to help to help explain why these 2 structural analogues behave quite differently when docked to the opioid receptors (greater than 10-fold differences in ic50 values). I can provide the experimental ic50 data. High quality color figures (such as in crystal structure of the âµ-opioid receptor bound to a morphinan antagonist nature. 2012 mar 21;485(7398):321-6) are needed, along with a figure which clearly identifies the key amino acid (or water) interactions. Any additional information to help explain the differences in potency (e.G. Energetics, electrostatics etc..) would also be great. An overall showing how the 2 ligands interact when docked to the 3 proteins would be good too.

High Throughput Docking
I am interested in having high-throughput protein docking screening performed on a crystal structure of interest (from the pdb website). I am seeking someone with the expertise and computational tools to allow for screening of very large data-sets (millions of compounds) through the crystal structure. Analysis would include identification of key molecular scaffolds/functional groups that are involved (or not involved) in docking. A method, docking score, statistics, graphs and illustration of structures will need to be provided as well as overall conclusions about the physicochemical properties of molecules/scaffolds that dock with the protein.
