Computational Chemistry And Biology

Hello, i have a relatively straight forward project that i am hoping to get some help with. I am interested in docking a protein which has a pdb-available crystal structure with 6 known drugs. What i would like for each of the 6 dockings are: (1) a schematic plot/figure showing the docking for each ligand to the active site (2) a predicted ki (3) identification of the amino acids involved in binding and a figure showing this (4) a figure showing the superimposition of the identified ligands (in the absence of the protein) (5) electrostatic potential surfaces of the inhibitors and their binding energies (6) orbital energies/quantum mechanics-related areas. Please let me know if you can recommend any additional areas to the above list to help to fully investigate and characterize the docking of these ligands to the protein. Also please quote me a rough estimate of your time and total price (excluding the zintro fees). Thank you!

Fluid Mechanics

Hello, i have invented a device capable of generating useful mechanical energy by harnessing the force of gravity. I am looking for a physicist who can scrutinize the theory on which my device is based and tell me if he agrees with my logic. If he is convinced that the device will work as expected, then i will hire him in older to design a working model of the device. This device is based on simple laws of hydrostatics( fluid mechanics) and mechanical force( dynamic) , which i exploit in very clever and original ways. I think that the theory on which this device is based will be very interesting for any physicist who accept to take on this project. I am looking for a physicist familiar with cad & autocad and who reside in the usa. Hope to here from you soon! cordially, jean

Computer Design

The zintro blog needs you! i am looking for your expert opinion on the news below and a written response that is one to three paragraphs long. Your response may be used in an article that i will write and post on the zintro blog. You will be named in the article and a link to your expert profile will be included. Your contribution is voluntary (there is no direct payment involved, but you will get lots of traffic to your expert profile). If interested, please send me your response via znotes within the next one or two days. 2012 nobel prize winners, physicist david wineland and serge haroche were able to apply superposition, where an atom was simultaneously immobile and in motion, after being hit with laser light, until eventually it was in two locations, 80 nanometers apart, at the same time. Could this discovery lead to quantum computers, which would allow transistors to be both on and off at the same time? This is a great marketing opportunity to get your name and expert opinion published on our blog. Here is a sample: http://blog.Zintro.Com/2012/01/16/keystone-xl-pipeline-pros-and-cons/ please include your full name, we will link it to your expert profile, getting you more presence on zintro. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you! idil kan
