Advanced Packaging In Semiconductor Industry
We are looking to speak with multiple participants in the us who can share their insights on the semiconductor design, manufacturing, assembly, and/or testing. We are specifically interested in those who are part of a group or only person involved in decisions related to materials for packaging substrates, rdl dielectrics, temporary bonding/debonding, or process tapes.
This is a paid 1-hour phone interview.
**please note that we are only interested in your expert opinion and are not seeking any confidential information. All information you provide will be handled in strictest confidentiality and will be used for research and classification purposes only.
Kindly respond to the question below as to your relevance in this space.
In the semiconductor device fabrication process, which of the following process steps are you involved in?
A.Front end of line (feol)
b.Middle end of line (meol) / advanced packaging
c. Back end of line (beol)

Fabless Semiconductor Manufacturing
We are a research investment firm that is looking for a non-financial consultant to educate us on the fabless semiconductor space. Specifically, we are looking to learn about increasing data demand that is straining communication between ic devices on routers. We would like someone to explain the future of packet processors and in particular memory subsystems, as well as whether or not serial i/o's are the likely choice for manufacturers moving forward. We would also like to get educated on how extensive of a process it is for a fabless semiconductor company to get design wins for these chips, the competitive landscape of this area, and how much design wins really mean in terms of predicting future production/customer orders. Please let me know if you have any consultants who could help to explain this area and give us a brief overview as well as some insight. Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you!+4 Other Responses
