I originally approached the milwaukee electric tool corporation in the summer of 1997 and met with mr. Bernhard palm, director of advanced research. I was looking for investors and/or to discuss possible options and/or arrangements to produce and/or market my invention presented to them as the ace gun. I returned the following year on july 13th, 1998 at milwaukee electric tool corporation’s expense to present my product to mr. Gary meyer, manager, advanced research, david a. Selby, chief engineer-electrical, marc a. Kubal p.E., senior project engineer-mechanical and eric loferski, vice president of marketing. They soon after expressed their interest in my product through various letters and telephone conversations. The evolution of my ace gun project is well documented and dates back to 1994. I’ve saved articles with pictures published in various newspapers dated 1995, two years after the birth of my idea, that will prove me as the author of this state of the art invention. Videos of three independent news broadcast editorials from quebec city feature me and my product, the ace gun. I also have video recordings i used to promote my ace gun to various tool manufacturers, such as milwaukee corporation... A us patent was filed on june 14th 1996 and was granted to me on june 9th, 1998. My united states patent no. 5, 762,239 (hand held scellant applicator). Prior to that, there was the canadian filing october 14th 1994. In 1999 i copyrighted a 214 page book titled “ace gun’’. It describes in three chapters its history, prevision and contracts the evolution of my idea from birth until today. It proves me as the inventor and my intention for business. I am the inventor of this caulking gun and milwaukee electric tool corporation has been marketing my intellectual property successfully since 2002 and this without my written consent. Milwaukee electric tool corporation is now exploiting my $15 000 000.00/annual market and i wish to be compensated fairly.
