I own a shipping company on the us, we mainly forward packages to our customers in the middle east by air and ocean, i want to explore the feasibility of setting up a station in dubai where i consolidate shipping to from the us then break up the shipment in dubai and ship to individual customers, i am not sure if i should be using the service of a 3pl company in jafza? Or near ailmaktom airport? Or dubai airport? Or even setup my own... And that is why i want to consult an expert in dubai..please let me know if you are in a position to offer a good advice.

We are looking at software tools/apps which are used by project managers/general contractors or project managers of construction projects to track the progress of the projects, managing construction financials, payroll management etc.

Hi,
i need to know about your consultation services for my new headwear start-up focussed baseball and trucker hats.
I’m based in dubai, uae, and i deal with a number of contract designers to come up with designs and tech packs of baseball and trucker hats. The business model is below.
- i’m planing to open a retail store with around 90 designs on the shelf.
- stock level is 50 hats per design. Because i have so many designs and only one store, i don’t want to have hight stock levels.
- will introduce 4 to 6 new designs every month and replace with designs that are not moving.
My challenges:
many of the manufacturers i contacted only do big quantity orders, 300+ per design. So i’m trying to find a good manufacturer that works with small quantities.
If i can’t find a suitable manufacturer, i will set-up my own workshop. So i will need to know all the proper machinery and the production process.
I need to find a good production manager that:
if i’m working with a manufacturer, communicates with the manufacturers and meets with them regularly about product details.
If i set-up my work shop, understands the machinery, fabric sourcing, and the production process.
My target is to sell 40 hats per day 9 months after i open the store.
