Virtual Currency
I'm looking on setting up a virtual currency in a production studio that is free to use otherwise. We want to provide users with an initial amount of this currency. Every resource will have a value and they will spend it on that. There will be other ways though for them to earn money that we can build in later on.

I am doing an academic research project on virtual currency. The main focus of my research is to study the use of virtual currency in real economy and the benefits it can provide for the future generations. Based on my secondary research, i have learned that there are different types of virtual currencies such as facebook credits, zynga, bit coin, linden dollars, ven. Some virtual currencies such as bit coin and linden dollars can be purchased using real money and can be used to buy both virtual and real products. Currently, ven is the only virtual currency used in the real economy. For my further research on virtual currency, i have the following doubts for which i need clarification. 1. Do virtual currency that are used in real economy have an inflation effect or does its value always remain stable? So for example, in a real economy if a price of a product changes from $100 to $200, then will the price of the same product change in the virtual economy? 2. Why the government has no issues if real goods are purchased using virtual money? 3.What can be the policy or governmental regulations posed by bank or government against virtual currency?

We are a us based investment firm that is looking for a cryptocurrency miner who has at least a 2 year track record that can be documented. We are looking to bring someone on in a part-time capacity for now, with potential to turn into a full-time opportunity.
The ideal person should have well-established contacts for the purchase of mining computers, have knowledge of the full range of computers available for mining and understand how to manage the risk associated with a technology portfolio. We can be flexible on where the data center provider, or consultant, is domiciled - so geography is not an issue for this position. My firm will charge a performance fee on the net revenue mining profits and split those fees with the miner. Minimum requirement of english as a second language.
