I have a need for a pro bono sound recognition expert in a telephone petty harassment case. The caller made 50 calls that were mainly hang ups but there was background noise and music. The calls were made between 0700-1500 hours
i need to prove that it was the sage caller during the entire time based on background noise and sine voices. There were no threats involved in this case. I will need a pro bono expert to listen to the tape which is copied on a cd and tell me if it is possible to certify it's the same person. I can pay the person for the follow up work such as listening to the defense lawyers copy of the tape for court verification .
