I have been facing many problems with our voipswitch configuration ever since we tried to implement the black list feature via the voip switch. I removed the blacklist feature since we saw that it caused us more problems than we anticipated..
the issues we are facing now :
1.) asr : our asr before the black list installation would reach 35% with clients. Now it is reaching 15% . The main reason we are getting for dropping the call is cancel ( sometimes when we test we do not hear a ring tone and get dead air or pdd) this is a reason why we feel the callers end the call before it is connected..
2.) acd : our acd also has decreased from 7 mins to 2 mins .
3.) we are getting different cdr's with our clients always
4.) we want to confirm that we are giving our client a proper 503 , so if the call is dropped /rejected from our route the call returns to them.
We are advised by our client that most of our issues will bee resolved by the codecs or sip configurations..

---all these will be auto-configured after registration, and activation code will be send to the phone and the user will enter to unlock the service.

---all will run on freeswitch, openser, etc on the cloud.
