Wind Turbine Manufacturing
I need help to prepare an estimate cost for a small wind turbine manufacturing factory.
The factory should be fully equipped to manufacture generators, blades, supporting arms for the blades, supporting hub for the generator and the supporting structure/pole for the whole wind turbine.
Other than this, there would be inverters and controllers for the wind turbine manufactured in the same factory. There will be a packaging section too. The factory should be capable of producing up to 100 small wind turbine systems per day.
This is for preparing a project report. I need expert advice on the types of machineries involved and it's cost.+22 Other Responses
Wind turbine manufacturing and wind farm construction
we are an egyptian green energy a newly established company our project is going through 2 stages
the first stage will be manufacturing the wind turbine
second stage is to install the wind turbine into a wind farm.
Wind technology, the production line, the management will be through a union of american and french companies
our factory will be mobile, fully automated, can produce onshore, and offshore wind turbine, also can produce either small or huge wind turbines.
Our target is to produce 2000 turbines of the 10mw/ h during one year.
It is a huge project as we believe
we will depend on100% leasing module in financing the project.
Now we are forming our board experts members, and the supporting consultant teams. We had an agreement with some famous and with good reputation experts in more than one specialty. Negotiations are still running with others. Also we hope if we can join foreigner experts in different aspects that may benefit the project such as experts in different wind energy aspects, financing solution, legal aspects, marketing, management, and planning.
Our experts will be paid through a percentage of the net profit
our project value evaluation may be as much as 4-5 billion dollars.
What we need from our experts?
1- we need to assess the best sites to start our wind farm either onshore or offshore.
2-doing the complete feasibility study of the whole project.
3-choosing the best wind turbine or turbines that should be produced in our factory?
4- marketing research
5- financial solutions
if you feel it is a challenging project and suits you please contact us.

We own a non-profit children's camp on 67 acres on a dead-end street. Behind us is a state forest with a 1000 acres. We are on the top of a hill and have good wind. Tax-credits are of no value to us, because we are non-profit. We need to know if our site is the potential capacity for a windmill that would generate net profits.
We need to know the cost of erecting test towers? Financial cash-flows on investments? Who is the operating manager?+5 Other Responses
