we are currently in the process of moving into the wireless technology space. In doing so we have encountered problems with rf design, security, coding amongst others! i am looking for some advice on the best way for us to create a proper wireless tech department, where to look for the correct people, the skills they should have etc, as currently it feels like far too much a stab in the dark!
