Bel Esprit operates 2 online showrooms for fashion designers helping small businesses with marketing, PR, sales, events and consulting on design, sourcing and all aspects of fashion business. Bel Esprit helps designers find the right market, develop a marketing and PR plan, target buyers, participate in trade events that are right for their product, and the showrooms give the designers 24/7 visibility to the global fashion industry.

Bel Esprit has partnered with fashion organizations to create events during New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Market Week and Las Vegas Fashion Week.

The showrooms help designers participate in events that will best present their collections to their target market, and through pre- and post-event publicity, help designers promote their participation in a regional event to international buyers and press.  The showrooms partner with numerous media outlets to provide content for their online stream, giving designers showroom produced content supplied to media for distribution.  The showrooms help designers create effective marketing campaigns to both the wholesale and consumer market and create both industry and consumer events to publicize collections to the desired market.

The showrooms target and send news, updates and look books to independent boutiques, specialty chains and department stores carrying fashion forward, contemporary and high quality fashion for their discerning customer, including, but not limited to: Saks, Barneys, Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus, Fred Segal, Intermix, Curve, Liberty London, Harrods, Selfridges, Ron Herman, Kitson, and others. The showrooms do not support mass market products or retailers, and select members that will best serve the showrooms’ target market.

Fashion forward and lifestyle bloggers, online and print magazines as well as business journals are regularly updated about events, including, but not limited to Conde Nast, Hearst, Rolling Stone, New York Times, Elle, Nylon Mag, People, and others. Members have been featured in international Vogue, Marie Claire, Lucky Magazine, Daily Candy, Treehugger, The Guardian, Runway Magazine and others.

Bel Esprit CEO Debora Pokallus speaks and writes on the topics of ethical fashion and the business of fashion, and consults with start up and emerging designers to develop sound business and marketing plans.
