I am a Principal Business Psychologist and have been on the UK leading specialist register across four global areas of Occupational Psychology since 1999. 

I have over fifteen years organisational development experience from a performance perspective, focusing on individual, team and organisational performance, as well as over fifteen years experience of designing and implementing assessment and development centres across public and private sector organisations.


I have operated as strategic advisor and people specialist in large complex environments across different geographies. I have extensive understanding of business goals in the current economic climate and apply a wealth of Business Psychology expertise to aligning people to business objectives. This is achieved through engaging in a consultative manner with multiple stakeholders delivering change, employee engagement and resourcing solutions.

I have served as a senior business partner responsible for the development of actionable talent management strategies and solutions aligned with strategic HR objectives. I have been directly involved in talent planning, acquisition, retention, learning and development strategies to support a culture of high performance.

My goal s to help individuals become aware of their own potential, of possible options and solutions in order to optimise their effectiveness in the workplace. I encourage people to learn from their own experience. I recognize that people performance is driven by workplace wellbeing, effective alignment to business goals, the development of the right skill sets, motivation and commitment. I add value by driving these factors in all consultative processes both in the UK and across Europe.
