With over 20 years of human resources experience, Phillip W. has forged his career at Merrill Lynch, Sara Lee, Sony, Continental Airlines and was, most recently, Vice President, Human Resources at Harcourt Assessment, a division of Reed Elsevier.

Phillip has a reputation for building strong, business-focused, customer-oriented HR teams. He understands the real value that a progressive human resources function can and must bring to an organization.

Additionally, he has significant experience in leadership selection and development, the generalist role and performance management. He has managed all aspects of a full-orbed human resources function including international.

Phillip received his Masters, Human Resources from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business in Columbia.
