• Responsible for Supply Chain (Distribution, Purchasing and Customer Service)

• Authored / implemented engineered work standards for all positions and developed and implemented a productivity and quality incentive plan resulting in a >100% productivity improvement and 99.997% accuracy including inventory shortages

• Authored Vendor Standards Manual with penalties to ensure supply chain efficiencies and vendor compliance

Title: VP of Program Management Office (Corporate)
• Oversight of 20 systems implementations and business process initiatives. RETEK was the central system. Implemented controls and gateways to ensure proper change management in place prior to and throughout rollout, along with sufficient post go-live support to ensure successful adoption of new software and processes.
• Managed staff of over 400 including internal and external IT and management personnel; developed and implemented controls on outside resources to ensure that resources were tied to deliverables; resources had a definite end date; and that there was a knowledge transfer plan in place. This drove a significant reduction in cost.
• Took a >$100M program of delayed projects and authored and implemented a series of processes and controls to effectively manage those projects to achieve completion of scope within budget and project plan

• Developed and implemented inventory locator system
• Took poorest performing division and tuned it around into top performing division within less than 1 year through methodology changes and through significant customer interaction, from single owner franchisee to corporate customers
• Reduced annual expenses down by12% through productivity increases and process changes
