About

Suzanne M. Ganier has spent nearly eighteen years involved in all aspects of insurance defense, coverage litigation, and litigation management in Illinois, Arizona, and Louisiana, handling hundreds of cases in the areas of general liability, automobile liability, products liability, medical malpractice liability, construction defect, and commercial litigation. Suzanne transitioned from the practice of law to litigation management in 2008 when she became the Director of Litigation for Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Her duties included developing and implementing litigation procedures and billing guidelines for a dozen outside law firms and daily involvement in complex and high exposure litigation. In 2011, Suzanne reinvented herself once again, when she moved to the corporate side of the insurance world, becoming Corporate Counsel for Main Street America Group in Jacksonville, Florida.

Suzanne has authored articles for various publications, taught law to aspiring paralegals, made presentations to various professional organizations, including the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, including co-authoring the course “Fundamentals on Litigation Management”, presenting at the 2010 and 2011 CLM Annual Conferences and most recently at the 2013 Bad Faith Conference in Orlando, FL.

Suzanne graduated with High Honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and received her law degree from the Sandra Day O‘Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 1995. She is licensed in Arizona and Illinois.

Suzanne is now the President of ALEXI Professional Services, Inc. in Mandeville, LA in which she offers legal services (IL and AZ), expert services, and claim and litigation management services to clients nationwide.
