It is my belief that to lead a healthy life, we ought to consider four main areas: physical, social, emotional and environmental. I think it's important to improve all of these areas at once because if you enhance one area alone you are restricting improvement in other aspects. It's worth noting that by making changes such as eating more nutritiously, significant health improvements can be obtained too - this leads to boosting energy levels, mood and well-being , an important aspect of our lives!
