Process

Throughout these projects, the client leveraged the expertise of Zintro's expansive network to select only the most suitable individuals required to provide actionable feedback. Utilizing proprietary technology, Zintro identified experts in the travel industry and conducted thorough recruitment efforts to build a tailored network. With this approach, dozens of respondents were hand-picked to partake in comprehensive one-on-one conversations regarding their respective company's travel and lodging policies as well as booking business travel for corporate entities.

Results

With Zintro's project managers owning every step (launch, screening, scheduling, managing recordings & transcripts, etc.), the client simply had to choose which qualified experts they wanted to interview. Over the course of the projects, the client interviewed more than 40 decision makers provided by Zintro, each answering 15–25 unique screening questions.
